Fish-Free Pistons

Makes pistons quieter and improves their sound. The push sound now has a hiss of air, and the pull sound has a quiet clank. The sound still gets muddy when multiple pistons fire at once. I'm not sure that can be fixed with a resource pack. Future updates could include other new sounds for redstone devices. Unfortunately, I can't give sticky pistons a goopier sound effect since they use the same sounds.json event as regular pistons. This can be used with my other resource pack, [Very Sticky Pistons](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/very-sticky-pistons). (The name is technically outdated as of 24w21a, when the fish sounds were reverted.)
