Fixed Bottle o' Enchanting Amount

## Fixed Experience Bottles This mod adds a gamerule to control exactly how much XP you get from a Bottle o' Enchanting. **If you're on 26.1 or newer**, the gamerule is `fixed_bottle_xp`. On anything older, it's `fixedBottleXp`. Set it to any integer between **-2,147,483,648** and **2,147,483,647**. If you set it to **-1 or lower**, it'll fall back to the vanilla behaviour (random between 3–11 per bottle). ## Known Bugs None. Please report them if you find them.
