Farmer's Cutting Everything

Now, almost anything can be taken apart back into ingredients or smaller parts. And not only with the usual axe, shovel, or knife — sometimes you might need something like a clock. Sometimes time literally helps you take things apart. ## So, what is this mod? ### What is Farmer's Cutting Everything? A mod that lets you break a huge amount of items back into their parts using the Cutting Board. ### Why does it exist? Because sometimes your inventory is full of stuff you don’t need anymore, but throwing it away still feels wrong. A second horse armor, an extra tool, or some block you accidentally crafted way too many of. Now at least part of that can be turned back into useful materials. ### What should you expect? Recipes for taking apart armor, tools, blocks, decorative items, and a lot of other stuff that would otherwise just sit in a chest. ## Okay... so what’s actually in it? The mod gives the Cutting Board one extra job: turning unwanted items back into materials.  Most recipes use the usual Farmer’s Delight tools: knife, axe, or shovel. But there are also some less normal options. Some things can be taken apart with a fishing rod, bone, clock, and other items if it makes at least a little sense... or if i decided it does.  In total, the mod has more than 600 recipes. ## Credits - Big thanks to the [creator](https://modrinth.com/user/vectorwing) of [Farmer’s Delight](https://modrinth.com/mod/farmers-delight) for the Cutting Board mechanic this whole mod is built around. - The idea was partly inspired by the general reverse-crafting concept, similar to what you can find in [The Twilight Forest](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/the-twilight-forest) by [Benimatic](https://www.curseforge.com/members/benimatic/projects). - Also a special thanks to [Ocean’s Delight](https://modrinth.com/mod/oceans-delight) by [scouter567](https://modrinth.com/user/Scouter567). Its open-source code helped me a lot while figuring out how to properly set up datagen. ## Why I Made This Some wooden items in Farmer’s Delight couldn’t be properly cut back into planks. And i wanted them to. This mod was also my first proper experience working with datagen. Looking at the code now, i’d probably write some parts differently. Still learned a lot from making it.
