Extended Peripherals

Adds more functionality to computercraft peripherals. The functions added to peripherals are as follows: + `getBlockName`: gets the name of the block that the peripheral is attached to. + `getBlockData`: gets block nbt data that both minecraft and other mods add. + `getBlockStates`: gets block states that can be used to determine states that affect a block's visuals, like direction or whether a furnace is on.
