EqipLib is a lightweight library that helps creating handheld items and armor that will apply mob effects under different circumstances.
If you are a player, simply download a mod and put it under your `mods` folder.
If you are developer that wish to use this library - visit [wiki](https://github.com/CyberSteve777/EquipLib/wiki) to learn how to setup it in development environment and create items
Modpack makers can freely add the library to modpacks, though, a credit should be put somewhere
For developers, bundling (JarInJar or similar stuff) lib into your mod is prohibited
