Equipable Lanterns

Adds two equipable lanterns which are both equipped in a curios belt slot: - Belt Lantern - Belt Soul Lantern Requires Curios API and Radiant Gear to work. Additionally you need to have a dynamic lights mod installed and edit its config to recognize this mod. I use [Dynamic Lights by atomicstrykergrumpy](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/dynamic-lights) and edit the dynamiclights_selflight.cfg file in the configs so it looks like this:  If you have any suggestions just let me know!
