## Enchantment Tables
Additions:
- Shears can now receive Efficiency and Unbreaking
- about 30% chance for eff 4 + unb 3, about 40% chance for eff 3 + unb 3 with level 30 enchant
- Shields can now receive Unbreaking
- will often give unbreaking 2, sometimes unbreaking 3 with level 30 enchant
## Anvils
Anvil behavior is unchanged.
- Shears can still receive Efficiency, Unbreaking, Mending, Curse of Vanishing, and Silk Touch
- Silk Touch is buggy and weird, no special effect on shears
- Sheilds can still receive Unbreaking, Mending, and Curse of Vanishing
