Elytra Drag Revitalized

A Simple Mod adding QoL to Elytra flight * Slow down when flying with elytras by pressing the Sneak key. This also stops any active rocket propusion active. * Adds a cap for the fallDistance to limit the amount of damage taken during high-velocity landings if the player is applying drag * The drag coeficient, the fallDistance cap and the minimum speed required to apply drag can be modified through the config file. This is a fork of ArduFish's [fork](https://github.com/ArduFish/Elytra-Drag) of bl4st's [Elytra Drag](https://modrinth.com/mod/elytra-drag) mod, serving simply to port the mod to some newer versions. No promises of any specific versions or even future updates, but if you want to see a *newer* release (no backport requests, please) supported, feel free to open an issue and I may give it a whirl.
