 **Effect Gems is a simple datapack that adds new items called “Effect Gems” that can be put in the offhand or mainhand slot to receive status effects.** | The gems can be obtained by killing a Gem Zombie. The Gem Zombie can spawn naturally throughout the world, anywhere a normal zombie can spawn. This means Gem Zombies can spawn from zombie spawners! ---|--- **There are a total of 12 different gems that the Gem Zombie can drop. Each one will grant a different effect when placed in the offhand slot.
