Shrines spawn in the forest. They let out a dull humming sound to make them easier to find. In the center of the shrines you can find a powerful relic. Some of the Structures that spawn can be found in the gallery Custom Item Spoiler  Duping the Night's Solace - Throw a Night's Solace, a netherite ingot, and a chiseled resin brick on the ground to duplicate the Night's Solace. - Demonstration can be found in the gallery.
