Dynamic Trees - Hexcasting

## Overview This mod makes **Hexcasting** compatible with **Dynamic Trees**, adding dynamically growing versions of the all  edified trees. It also modifies spells related to trees, including **Overgrow**, **Edify Sapling**, and **Break Block**. The trees, their behaviour and their generation can be customized and tweaked through the use of Tree Packs. It also adds new patterns and a new iota for getting the Species and JoCode of a tree as well as a pattern for changing a tree's species.
