Disable Ad Astra Oil Wells

## A very simple datapack that disables [Ad Astra](https://modrinth.com/mod/ad-astra/versions) oil wells from appearing in a world. If you want to disable the meteors I also have [that](https://modrinth.com/datapack/disable-ad-astra-meteors). You can use both at the same time.\ Anyone is free to use this and modify it however they want without my consent. ### Update: The datapack didn't work with the new versions of Ad Astra for 1.20.1 and 1.20.4.
