Disable Ad Astra Meteors

# Meteors have been removed from newer versions of Ad Astra (≥1.15.7) making this datapack useless for these versions. ## A very simple datapack that disables [Ad Astra](https://modrinth.com/mod/ad-astra/versions) meteors from appearing in a world. If you want to disable the oil wells I also have [that](https://modrinth.com/datapack/disable-ad-astra-oil-wells).
