Adds Dio from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure and is balanced enought for you to use it in multiplayer too
**Ability**
- _Regen_ - Heal some lost hp without any downsides.
- _Time Step_ - travel 16 blocks in any direction, and get a little weaker after use.
- _Time Stop_ - stop every entity in a 50 blocks radius just like in the anime for 9 seconds.
**Pros** +
- _LifeSteal_ - steal hp when dealing damage.
- _Vampire_ - Stronger at night or dark places.
- _Stand_ - Projectiles can hit you.
**Middle**
- Carnivore - can only eat meat.
**Cons**
- _Wood hurts_ - +6 damage taken from wood weapons.
- _Burns_ - Take +2 damage from fire and lava.
- _Allergic to water_ - Start melting when in water or rain.
- _Sun weakness_ - weaker in the sun light.
- _Feared_ - Villagers are scared of you, iron golems also agro.
