Data Driven Stack Sizes

This mod changes the `max_stack_size` data component's behavior, allowing for stacks larger than 99 (upto 2048). It also automatically changes how a stack's `max_stack_size` component behaves when it is checked, allowing for data-driven stack-sizes where changing how much an item stacks to is as simple as adding it to that value's .json file.
