[MTR4] DART SLRV

This resource pack adds the Kinki-Sharyo DART 100-series SLRV to Minecraft Transit Railway. To use it, add a front, middle, and back car to your vehicle consist. There are versions of the middle car with and without a 5-block pantograph. The front and back cars are 14 blocks long, and the middle car is 9 blocks long. A full train of SLRVs requires a 39-block long depot. This LRV is partially low-floor, so it requires tram tracks, such as [Trams on Roads](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/trams-on-roads/gallery).
