Reverts the netherrack texture to look more like the pre -1.14 texture, while still being pleasing and easy to look at. Originally made this as an personal resource pack, although i've decided to release it.  Permissions and uses: You can: Use this for an modpack, Edit the textures for PERSONAL use, Upload MAJOR reskins of the textures WITH credit, Use these textures in animations with credit.
