Crossbows Reloaded - Prominence 2 Balancing Datapack

This datapack serves an an utility to add a limit of 8 enchantments (instead of the default 6 enchantments) that regular weapons have. It works by adding a specific tag (`#prominent:limit_8`) to the following crossbows from MCDW: - Corrupted Crossbow - Lightning Harp Crossbow - Pride of the Piglins - Veiled Crossbow When the tag is applied, those crossbows get a limit of 8 enchants.
