Created Coins

Coins for a player-driven economy. Uses Create (the forward port, Create Fly) and overrides the Ironworks requirement with own items if Ironworks isn't present. ### Making coins Create coins from their corresponding nugget in a Mechanical Press. ### Ironworks anticompat Bronze crafting is identical to Ironworks (tin+copper heated mixing). Tin is an alloy of iron and glowstone dust.
