**Dangerous Shafts** is a small addon for the popular **Create** mod that adds a touch of realism to rotating shafts and cogwheels. ### Features * Exposed shafts and cogwheels deal damage while rotating. * Damage scales with rotational speed. * **Andesite Casing** reduces shaft damage by **50%**. * **Brass Casing** completely blocks shaft damage. * Encased cogwheels deal **90% less damage**. * The mod also adds its own advancement tree. ### Pain Shock Mechanic Dangerous Shafts introduces a simple **pain shock** mechanic. When a player is injured by a rotating shaft or cogwheel, they will suffer from: * Blindness * Weakness * Slowness The player is also knocked away from the source of the impact, simulating a natural reflexive reaction to sudden danger.
