Customizable Player Models Plasmo Voice compat

Adds speaking animation integration between [Customizable Player Models](https://modrinth.com/mod/custom-player-models) and [Plasmo Voice](https://modrinth.com/plugin/plasmo-voice). Enables playing the 'Speaking' animation on Customizable Player Models models, while using Plasmo Voice. The Animation frame depends on sound volume of the player. Works with Forge and Fabric.
