No longer necessary for versions above 1.20.X. Fix weird behaviour where sometimes when you join a server, your skin layers are off and render distance is 2 chunks. This is caused by the [ClientInformation Packet](https://wiki.vg/Protocol#Client_Information_.28configuration.29) not reaching / rejected by the server for any reason. We circumvent this by resending the packet on server join (in play phase).
