[MTR/NTE] CIS Road signs

# CIS road signs for MTR/NTE mods. ## About This resource pack adds a large number of different road signs used in post-Soviet countries. The pack contains about 95 road signs, including priority signs, prohibition signs, warning signs, service signs, and many others!  ## Installation and use **To use this resourcepack, you need to install [MTR](https://modrinth.com/mod/minecraft-transit-railway) and [NTE](https://modrinth.com/mod/mtr-nte) mods.** **_It is highly discouraged to use pack on MTR 4._** Use the "Decoration Object" block to place the signs. ## What's next? This resource pack will continue to be updated.
