ChattingEnthusiast is a mod that completely revamps Minecraft's chat with a variety of quality-of-life improvements for modern versions, while aiming to maintain a sleek, and unintrusive visual style. It is a faithful recreation of [Chatting](https://modrinth.com/mod/chatting) by Polyfrost, a very similar mod for 1.8.9.

* Copying messages (Hold control when copying to copy a single line)
* Deleting messages, and clearing chat
* Searching through messages, and jumping to them
* Compact Chat

* Chat persisting after disconnecting from a world or server
* Extended chat history (16,384)
* Smooth scrolling (and other animations)
* Shift chat up 10 pixels to avoid overlapping armor bars
* Hide message tags
* Chat Tabs (When on Hypixel, only)
* Lots of customization!
## Settings
If Fabric API is installed, you can access the configuration gui via `/chatting`, to disable or enable any feature. Alternatively, you can manually configure the mod via the `.minecraft/config/chattingenthusiast.properties` file.
