Better Vanilla F3

# Better Vanilla F3 Opinionated mod to bring back the usual familiar f3 order of things. 1.21.9 adds new debug overlay stuff, but the sections end up in seemingly random places. This mod hard-codes the order of those sections (and the side they are on), to match earlier versions. Features: - puts debug overlay rendering behind GUI to match earlier behavior - fixes E counter on versions before 26.1 - pie chart scaling and disabling of its background - fix the bug where f3 is visible when hud is hidden - put the section relative pos in its old place - (>=26.1) add day counter back to local difficulty # License This mod is licensed under LGPL-3.0-or-later (see `LICENSE` file)
