Ad Astra: Better oil deposits

This mod adds underground oil deposits to Ad Astra, generating similarly to lava lakes I would recommend to use this mod alongside [Oil well Yeeter (preffered by me)](https://modrinth.com/mod/ad-astra-oil-well-yeeter) or [Disable Ad Astra Oil Wells](https://modrinth.com/datapack/disable-ad-astra-oil-wells), which is Archived ~~While this mod will technically work without Ad Astra, the oil lakes will only generate with placeholder blocks~~ **1.0.0 only**
