Better Hearts (and HUD)

Ever since the texture update the Minecraft HUD has looked outdated compared to the rest of the game, however the instant health texture was updated, and this inspired me to make it a resource pack.  The pink shading didnt work in the HUD though, so I edited it, and then updated every other HUD element so they would all be consistent and fit with the modern Minecraft style.
