Better Game Menu

# BetterGameMenu Replace the game menu with a better one. Integrate the previous "[Game Menu Mod Option](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/gamemenumodoption)" and "[Game Menu Remove GFARB](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/game-menu-remove-gfarb)" and add new features! It is possible to switch by config for each function.
