Better Combat + Enchancement Fix

Fixes a mod conflict between [Enchancement](https://modrinth.com/mod/enchancement) and [Better Combat](https://modrinth.com/mod/better-combat) where the Thunderstruck dash does not work. Surprisingly this can be done fully client-side. This might work without changes if/when Better Combat update past 1.21.1.
