Bare Bones Glare Retexture/Fix

[Bare Bones Mod Compat + Extra](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/barebones-mod-compat-+-extra) is a great resource pack; however, the [Friends&Foes](https://modrinth.com/mod/friends-and-foes) patch had the pre-1.19.3 mod update of the Glare texture which resulted in this...  So I opened up paintdotnet, did a simple edit, and fixed it.  The textures were created by [svveetmavis](https://modrinth.com/user/svveetmavis); I just edited it so full credits to them. As for the load order, just make sure it's above [Bare Bones Mod Compat + Extra](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/barebones-mod-compat-+-extra). Q&A Q: Why? A: Why not
