# ⭐️ Animated Items ⭐️ Animated Items is a resource pack that animates many textures of Minecraft items! This resource pack works with versions 1.18 and above. ## 🗡️ Items with an Animation So far, here are the _vanilla_ items that have been animated (71 in total): View list **Version 1.0** - Totem of Undying - Lava Bucket - Slime Ball - Eye of Ender - Iron Ingot - Gold Ingot - Copper Ingot - Emerald - Diamond **Version 1.1** - Iron Sword - Golden Sword - Diamond Sword **Version 1.2** - Golden Apple - Trial Key - Ominous Trial Key - Ominous Bottle **Version 1.3** - Netherite Sword - Amethyst Shard - Blaze Rod - Breeze Rod - Glowstone Dust - Glow Ink Sac - Glow Berries - Golden Carrot **Version 1.4** - Torch - Lantern - Campfire - Soul Torch - Soul Lantern - Soul Campfire - Water Bucket - Bucket of Cod - Bucket of Salmon - Bucket of Tropical Fish - Bucket of Pufferfish - Bucket of Tadpole - Bucket of Axolotl - End Crystal - Fire Charge - Netherite Ingot *(v1.4.2+)* **Version 1.5** - Resin Clump - Resin Brick - Wind Charge - Echo Shard - Spectral Arrow - Copper Sword *(v1.5.2+)* **Version 1.6** - All Gold Armor pieces - All Iron Armor pieces - All Copper Armor pieces - All Diamond Armor pieces - All Netherite Armor pieces - All Copper Lantern variants - Copper Torch *As more items are added to Minecraft, more items will be animated* ### Tool Trims Mod There is also animation support for the [Tool Trims](https://modrinth.com/datapack/tool-trims) mod, with 220 textures being animated. Those animations are the iron, gold, diamond, and netherite swords with all of their possible combinations. _For the animation to work properly, ensure that you have both the Tool Trims resource pack and Animated Items resource pack turned on, with Animated Items going above Tool Trims in the resource pack list._ Here's an example of the Diamond Sword with 4 possible trimmings (in gold): *Order of trimmings from left to right: Linear, Tracks, Charge, Frost* ### Combat Expansion Animated Items comes with animation support for the [Combat Expansion](https://modrinth.com/datapack/cmbt-exp) data pack. The new swords from the data pack (katanas, claymores, and daggers) have been animated, as well as the cutlass weapon. Only versions of Minecraft starting from 1.5 and above, no versions before 1.5 will work since texture animations were added in Minecraft 1.5. For resource pack versions 1.4 and above, the [Continuity](https://modrinth.com/mod/continuity) or [OptiFine](https://www.optifine.net/) mod is needed **only** for emissive textures.
