Описание
This mod adds the yellow mongoose, a small, agile animal of the savanna to the game.
They are classified as an opportunistic carnivore, but they act like omnivores and will eat almost anything.
So **breeding, taming and healing** is possible **with any food item**.
Also they are **immune to poison** damage and are **diurnal**, meaning that they are active during daylight and rest or sleep at nighttime.
They will run away in panic from other nearby creatures, except when provoked or when facing babies, smaller mobs or arthropods.
And **they will attack non-flying arthropods** and deal more damage to them. (So they can be your night watch to protect your base from spiders 🕷)
**Warning call:**
When tamed and there is a mob around that is targeting their owner, then they will start to scream to tell their owner that there is danger nearby
**Digger:**
Every 5-10 minutes there is a chance that it will dig out an item when its on ground. (spider eye, string, feather, flint, rabbit hide, rabbit foot, stick, bone, hanging roots, beetroot seeds, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, wheat seeds, dead bush)
Just like in my other animal mods the mobs have 3 type of behavior that can be changed when interaction with them (a message shows up so you know which behavior it is using)
**(wandering - resting - following)**
So you can make them stay at a place when put in resting mode.
They spawn in the **Savanna** biomes.
You can change this and other **spawn settings**
by editing the json files in the data -> biome tags and biome modifier folders
or via resource pack,
but in fabric some spawn settings like the weight, min, max have to be edited in the config file
