Alternate Effect Icons

### Changes some effect icons to my personal preference, such as giving absorption a unique icon, or updating the water breathing icon to use the actual bubble particle's palette. For now, only the **absorption**, **blindness**, **strength**, **weakness**, and **water breathing** icons have been changed, but I plan on adding more in the future.
