Gives all legendary and mythical Pokémon exactly 3 perfect IVs on spawn. The other 3 IVs are randomized, so every encounter still feels unique. Designed to make legendary Pokémon more special without being too overpowered.
Fully server-side, no need for players to install anything.

- Legendary and mythical Pokémon spawn with 3 guaranteed perfect IVs
- Remaining 3 IVs are randomly generated for variety
