3D Medieval Iron Bars

Makes iron bars look **great** in medieval 3D style and a little bit changed coloring. It _might_ say that the texture pack is for _older_ versions but it **still works**. If the texture pack **will** break, I will update it. **Probably** works on every older version, but I didn't check. (for nerkin)
